This is what I ended up buying with my last ELF Groupon: $35 worth of mineral makeup for $15. These are such a great deal, even though you still have to pay for shipping. For me, shipping cost $7. Total out of pocket for the $35 worth of mineral makeup would be $22. As you can see, I got a couple of non mineral brushes as well so I paid an extra $4 for the two of those, bringing my total out of pocket to $26.
I already have one of the ELF Studio Stipple brushes, and I LOVE it. I wrote about it in my Favorite Face Brushes post. I wrote that post back in July, and since then I love it even more. I now use this brush every day to apply my liquid foundation. It had definitely become one of my favorite brushes of all. When I use it, my face looks perfect... almost airbrushed. Like they say, the stipple brushes are supposed to give you a soft airbrushed look and I definitely agree. This brush is a steal at $3. I highly recommend it.
I have not yet tried the ELF Essentials Eyeliner brush. It is flat across the top, so I bought it with the intention of using it to tightline my eyes. I really just haven't gotten around to trying this yet, but I will let you know what I think when I do.
As for all the mineral products I got, I like what I have tried so far. I am already in love with the ELF Mineral Eyeshadows, but I own almost all the colors. I did get one of the 3 shades I didn't have and decided to use the rest of my Groupon towards some other mineral products I haven't tried. I got several lipsticks, a couple glosses, an eyeliner, a lip liner, eyeshadow primer and a lip tint. After testing all these out, I feel like I will have a pretty good idea about the ELF Mineral line color cosmetics.
Look for upcoming photos and swatches of all the mineral products I purchased. I will link all the separate posts below once I have them finished. Hopefully I will get at least one or two up late tonight or tomorrow morning and the rest will follow soon. :)
